Why Women Need Communication?

Men how are we leading?
God made women and men very different.
We think different.
We act different.
We respond different.
The beauty of our differences is that they should never be divisive, but complementary.
Let me be honest! I have failed miserably at times as a husband with the communication piece. Have you ever experienced misunderstanding in your relationships? Marriage? Friendship? Kinship?
The chances are that you probably have! Unless you're perfect. Lol
What about the times where you wrestle with opinions? Discord is not fun for anyone and no one enjoys having perpetual problems in their relationships.
What about co workers? How are you living harmoniously with someone who is completely different from you?
I know something relevant in my life that me and my wife often get into un-cute disputes about is my tendency of being unwilling to rapidly respond back to her text messages. At times we struggle with issues just as simple as that.
There's simply a disconnect between men and women with communication right, fellas? We must have different communication styles.
What's the solution? Knowledge. Yes, Knowledge! - and some patience and forgiveness. When we truly desire to establish ourselves in the center of God's will. We will do whatever it takes to get this "communication piece" down pact to live effective and joyful lives.
A Powerful Guiding Principle to Follow.
"Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."- Colossians 3:13

When Rashawn and Denisse are considerate with one another, they have the basis on which we can develop a mutual love and respect which is crucial to not only God fearing marriages, but also crucial to any health long lasting relationship.
Here's some quick advice for the guys!
A Woman is a "Feeler", A man is a "Thinker"
God made the woman as an "emotional feeler," while He made the man as a "logical thinker."
The woman processes and thinks about verbal and non verbal communication she receives and perceives from the world around her. The man does have emotions contrary to what many women may think.
Men just don't always express them. God designed men with the capacity to focus on cold hard facts of a situation. Why? God, created the man first, and designed him to lead. A leader can't afford to base his decisions on emotion, especially in critical moments.
